We have all been stumped by one of those tough “tell me about a time”, formally known as behavioral based questions. The idea behind these questions is that your past behaviors will predict your future success in their organization. Therefore, the interviewer is looking to identify not only your past experiences, but also to see how you demonstrated critical skills such as problem solving, creativity, leadership and teamwork.
